Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the ENGAGE coaching app (“the app”), operated by ENGAGE (engageconsultings.com). By signing in, you agree to them. Your coaching programme itself is governed by the agreement between ENGAGE and you or your organisation.

• Accounts are created by ENGAGE administrators. The app is for enrolled participants, their coaches and ENGAGE staff only.
• Keep access to your email account secure: sign-in links are sent there.
• Don't share your account, and don't try to access information that isn't yours.

Each participant can book up to 3 sessions of 60 minutes with their assigned coach. All times are shown in Cairo time.

You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. Within 48 hours it can no longer be rescheduled. It can still be canceled, but it is recorded as a late cancellation and counts as one of your 3 sessions.

A session the participant misses without canceling may be recorded as a no-show and counts as one of their sessions.

Coaches who connect Google Calendar allow the app to check their free/busy times and to create, update and delete session events with Google Meet links on their behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. Coaches can disconnect at any time; while disconnected, new sessions won't be added to their calendar.

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed sessions caused by outages, email delivery problems or third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Meet. If something looks wrong with a booking, contact your coach or ENGAGE.

ENGAGE may suspend or close accounts that misuse the app, and closes accounts when a programme ends.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
